These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Aktive STUDIOS service, including any content, features, or functionality offered on or through our website.

 

By using Aktive STUDIOS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may not use this service if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Service

Aktive STUDIOS service is provided solely for commercial use to strengthen your Dropify dropshipping business. You may not use Aktive STUDIOS service for any other purpose without our express written consent.

 

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aktive STUDIOS service.

 

3. Account Registration

To use this service, you must have an active subscription with Dropify.

 

4. Booking and Payment

You must book the studio and your preferred box at www.aktivelive.com to make sure of the availability of the studio. No booking no use of service. An hourly rate of two hundred fifty pesos (₱250) must be settled before the scheduled date of use of the service.

 

5. Damages

• You are responsible for ensuring the proper use and care of the Property.

• Any damages to the Property caused by the User, their agents, or their guests will be charged to the User.

 

6. Indemnification

• The User agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Property.

• The User agrees to pay for any legal fees or expenses incurred by us as a result of any claim, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Property.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct You may not use Aktive STUDIOS service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates any law, regulation, or right to any third party

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

• Promote non-Dropify products

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Aktive STUDIOS service after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
